Job Brief:
As a Bank Operations Intern at Karbon, you will play a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day banking activities. You will ensure seamless coordination with Bank Relationship Managers (RMs) and internal teams. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement, improve, and maintain banking processes. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate daily banking activities, ensuring efficient operations.
- Work closely with Bank RMs and internal teams to streamline processes.
- Provide daily progress reports to both bank and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
- Coordinate with customers to schedule timely bank meetings and ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with partner banks.
Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in banking operations or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
- A proactive, intuitive approach to problem-solving and getting things done.
