Role Overview:

Support AI-driven Projects: You’ll work with the latest Large Language and Multimodal Foundation Models to address high-value client and business needs.
Prototype and Production: Develop and iterate prototype solutions, and move successful prototypes into production environments, especially using Azure.
Data Insights: Work with both structured and unstructured data to discover insights and deliver them using effective visualization and dashboards.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated with advancements in AI and share knowledge with the team.

Responsibilities:

Scoping AI Projects: Translate legal and business questions into AI/ML problems and develop prototype solutions.
Delivery of GenAI-based Projects: Build applications, workflows, and dashboards, and design user-testing strategies.
Deploy Solutions: Write production-level code in Python and collaborate with IT teams to deploy applications in Azure.
Data Preparation: Build data pipelines and work with stakeholders to discover and visualize relevant insights.

Skills and Experience Required:

Educational Background: Master’s degree (Ph.D. preferred) in a quantitative field such as data science, computer science, mathematics, etc.
Technical Expertise: Proficient in Python, SQL, and handling structured/unstructured data for GenAI projects.
GenAI Knowledge: Familiarity with recent GenAI advances, particularly Large Language Models (LLMs).
Legal Domain Knowledge: Ability to quickly learn and apply functional knowledge in legal domains.
Collaboration and Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences and document learnings effectively.
Azure Experience: Prior experience with Azure infrastructure is preferred.
