ByThis job posting is for an ARMO Technician at Baker Hughes in Taloja, Maharashtra, India (with an additional location in Nazira, Assam, India). The ARMO Technician will work in the Drilling Services team, which focuses on optimizing the extraction, production, and processing of energy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, test, assemble, disassemble, and visually inspect electro-mechanical assemblies.
- Rework, repair, and modify non-conforming equipment.
- Perform complex tests and analyze data from environmental tests.
- Provide technical support and coaching to other technicians.
- Inspect and assess parts and equipment for functionality.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies.
Requirements:
- A Technical diploma or Associate’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical fields.
- 3+ years of maintenance experience in electro-mechanical functions or related industrial fields.
- Expertise in fluid power technology, AC/DC circuits, and electro-mechanical devices.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, wiring diagrams, and assembly prints.
- Advanced soldering skills and ability to use tools like multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other instruments.
