Project Tracking:
- Spearhead data-related project tracking initiatives across the organization, collaborating with FPNA, Analytics, IT MIS, and Ops.
- Manage data enrichment and KYC status updates, providing crucial insights to the CEO during periodic reviews.
- Oversee key projects such as Unique Customer Identification Code (UCIC) and BAGIC Customer ID (BCID) tracking.
- Enhance data health by implementing a consistent bureau scrub tracker to facilitate data monetization.
Data Governance:
- Ensure compliance with evolving regulatory policies by enforcing internal data practices.
- Identify, assess, and resolve data quality issues to maintain consistency and accuracy.
- Study and recommend mechanisms for data compliance across various checkpoints within the organization.
- Establish quality checks for internal data at various levels and identify custodians of data.
