Who You’ll Work With: BCN Labs serves as a Center of Excellence (CoE), akin to a boutique R&D startup within Bain. We specialize in delivering end-to-end, data-driven solutions across various sectors. Collaborating with other CoEs and Practices within Bain, we aim to revolutionize analytical techniques and algorithms to develop world-class solutions. Our mission is to establish a disruptive, high-impact analytical solutions delivery system across all Bain verticals.
What You Will Do: We seek a candidate with experience in advanced analytics, proficient in implementing data science techniques and exploring mathematical depths of statistical learning models. The Associate role entails delivering client use-cases end-to-end under supervision, generating actionable insights, and driving business impact. Key responsibilities include:
- Deconstructing analytical problems for collaborative resolution
- Brainstorming optimal solutions with the team and Labs leadership
- Experimenting and coding across various technologies/languages
- Communicating analytical insights effectively
- Contributing to new product development and experimenting with data science techniques
About You:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in fields related to analytics
- Minimum 2 years of work experience for Bachelor’s; internship experience and strong Master’s thesis for Master’s
- Proficient in Python and/or R, and SQL
- Expertise in statistical learning models
- (Good-to-have) Exposure to AWS or Azure, Python-based cloud solutions deployment, Airflow, Snowflake, PySpark, Git, Docker, etc.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach
- Ability to deliver data-driven projects effectively
