Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follow work instructions & checklists as defined for each process across domains to ensure validity & integrity of Master data management activities.
- Act as a French language expert and interpreter.
- Demonstrate proofreading skills in French language with the ability to identify grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors.
- Ensure translation maintains appropriate feeling, tone, and style.
- Attend meetings with French colleagues to understand their regulatory requirements and convey them to internal team members.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver on project goals.
- Maintain activity records as per defined formats.
- Ensure quality of information in data management system is maintained and strive to achieve zero non-conformity.

SHEQ:
- Validate regulatory documentation & information of products including GHS classification, REACh compliance, Biocides, Trade controls, and Market segment specific regulations (Pharmaceuticals, Food, Cosmetics, etc.).
- Maintain data quality & integrity by ensuring information in data management systems are current.
- Contribute to the improvement of data extraction automation for Safety Data Sheet & Technical Data Sheet.
- Follow-up with business colleagues & principals for completion of SHEQ information in PIM.
Operations:
- Validate operational & logistic documentation & information of products including packaging, transport regulations, dangerous goods classification, shelf life, storage conditions, warehouse-related data.
- Maintain data quality & integrity by ensuring information in data management systems are current.
- Contribute to the improvement of data extraction automation for Safety Data Sheet & Technical Data Sheet.
- Follow-up with business colleagues & principals for completion of Operational information in PIM.
Marketing:
- Validate marketing documentation & information of products including product description, product application & other key data points for the customer portal.
- Retrieve and upload documents linked to the products. Maintain document aging and anticipate new requests to Principals for nearly expired documents.
- Maintain data quality & integrity by ensuring information in data management systems are current.
- Contribute to the improvement of data extraction automation for Technical Data Sheet, Product specification & Product catalog.
- Follow-up with business colleagues & principals for completion of Marketing information in PIM.
Essential Requirements:
- University Degree (Equivalent to master’s degree) in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Sciences, Toxicology, or a related scientific discipline.
- 0-1 years of experience related to a scientific discipline.
- Comfortable working in fixed & rotational shifts (including night shift).
- Excellent knowledge of English, written and oral.
- Proficiency in French with minimum B1 Level certified.
- Proven work experience as a French language Translator, Interpreter, or similar role.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Excellent IT skills, including strong proficiency in MS Excel.
