Function/Business Area: Apprentice
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure material tracking and reconciliation management.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure operational efficiency.
- Supervise radio frequency optimization activities.
- Oversee quality control for vendors and contractors.
- Conduct acceptance test processes.
- Assist senior field engineers with audits as needed.
- Manage deployment activities conducted by vendors/contractors.
- Configure L2 switches for network enhancements.
- Troubleshoot router faults and replace faulty hardware.
- Perform link capacity/microwave upgrades for high-utilization sites.
- Execute field activities per work orders from the Network Operations Centre.
- Engage with customers, conduct surveys, and provide feedback on network improvements.
Education Requirement:
- Experience: 0 to 2 years (Fresher candidates welcome).
Skills & Competencies:
- Knowledge of network deployment, operations, and maintenance.
- Vendor management and project management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and supervisory skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
