Job Description
As a Business Systems Specialist at Apex, you will play a crucial role in supporting our eFront Invest application and developing reports. You will participate in data-related projects, interface with third-party systems, and ensure the system is configured according to business requirements. Additionally, you will assist in client onboarding, troubleshoot system issues, and perform other tasks as necessary to support team development.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and support the eFront Invest application
  • Develop eFront Invest reports and format them according to requested layout and file format
  • Participate in data-related projects and interface with third-party systems
  • Extract data from the application database and configure the system based on business requirements
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and analyze issues within the system
  • Assist in client onboarding and new project implementation
  • Prioritize daily tasks based on users’ needs and collaborate with teammates from across the group
  • Perform other duties within the scope of the role as required by the company

 

Skills Required

  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service/support desk in a financial services organization
  • Experience in Business Intelligence, data warehousing, and reporting technologies
  • Proficiency in databases and programming/reporting languages, with knowledge in SQL
  • Strong Excel skills including standard formulas
  • Accounting/Fund Admin knowledge is a plus
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and performance-driven mindset
  • Ability to multitask, strong analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience in supporting eFront products would be considered a strong asset
