Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop analytics to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with software engineers to implement algorithms.
• Apply analytics, predictive, and prescriptive models.
• Perform exploratory and targeted data analyses.
• Work with data engineers on data quality and analytics.
• Document and communicate your findings.
• Share results with the team using SAFe Agile methodology.

Basic Qualifications:

• Master’s degree with 1-3 years of experience, or
• Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of experience, or
• Diploma with 7-9 years of experience.
• Proficiency in tools/languages like SAS, SPSS, R, Python.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in machine learning, regression analysis, and clustering.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and Databricks.
• Professional certifications in AWS, Python, ML, or SAFe Agile.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in global teams and manage multiple priorities.
