Job Overview:
You will understand and assess customer needs, assemble business documents and technical requirements, and design integrated solutions tailored to customers’ needs. You will communicate solutions’ impacts to both business and IT teams and support customers during the scoping phase, ensuring smooth project execution and resolution of implementation-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble business and technical requirements.
- Advise customers based on product capabilities.
- Design integrated solutions aligning with customer needs and budget.
- Lead formal reviews and provide technical support.
- Communicate solution impacts to stakeholders.
- Prepare solution-related documents and specifications.
- Support resolution of configuration/implementation issues.
Requirements:
- Degree: Computer Science or Industrial Engineering & Management – Information System.
- Skills:
- Informatica experience
- Advanced Java experience
- Telecom Data Migration experience
- Knowledge: Telecom industry, Amdocs business processes (ETOM, ASOM), customer-facing experience.
