Role Objectives:
- Sourcing candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and other channels.
- Screening and shortlisting candidates based on resumes and job requirements.
- Assisting Talent Acquisition Specialists with tasks like screening, ATS management, and other recruitment-related activities.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Managing recruitment data and documents.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 0–1 year of internship experience in a relevant field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media, professional networks, and resume databases.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and a willingness to learn.
- An understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of HR fundamentals and the employee lifecycle.
