Role Objectives:

  • Sourcing candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and other channels.
  • Screening and shortlisting candidates based on resumes and job requirements.
  • Assisting Talent Acquisition Specialists with tasks like screening, ATS management, and other recruitment-related activities.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
  • Managing recruitment data and documents.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 0–1 year of internship experience in a relevant field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media, professional networks, and resume databases.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and a willingness to learn.
  • An understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of HR fundamentals and the employee lifecycle.
