This role is part of the Recruiting Services team, responsible for scheduling and non-scheduling tasks, which includes managing the Employee Referral Program, Students Program, Rehire Eligibility, Talent Acquisition Operations, and more.
Basic Qualifications:
- 1+ years of human resources experience.
- 2+ years of team management experience.
- 2+ years of experience with HR transactional processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in driving employee engagement.
