- Standardize and implement efficient program management practices.

- Contribute to business reviews, showcasing the team’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of program or project management experience.
- Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data-driven insights.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
- Ability to define program requirements and leverage data metrics for continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end delivery and effective communication of results to senior leadership.
- Proven track record in driving process improvements.
- Proficiency in stakeholder management across various organizational levels.
- Strong background in building processes, project management, and scheduling.
