We are currently looking for a Team Lead to oversee operations at our Delivery Centers. This pivotal role involves collaborating with the Center Manager to ensure the seamless functioning of Amazon’s transportation operations, executing the delivery process from the delivery station to the customer’s address, and maintaining sufficient bandwidth in the delivery team to manage peak-time deliveries effectively. The Team Lead will also play a crucial role in continuously improving the delivery process and achieving sustained levels of performance improvement.

Location: Delhi

Essential Functions:

Collaborate with the Center Manager to ensure smooth operations at Delivery Centers.
Execute the delivery process efficiently from the delivery station to the customer’s address.
Ensure ample bandwidth in the delivery team for effective management during peak times.
Drive continuous improvement in the delivery process to achieve sustained performance improvement.
