The AWS Global Support team plays a crucial role in ensuring customer success by providing world-class support to leading companies and assisting customers in building mission-critical applications on AWS services.

Amazon is currently seeking an Office Administrator to support the AWS India Support Engineering business. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, the ability to handle tight deadlines, strong organizational skills, and the capability to manage multiple critical tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate should possess integrity, discretion, professionalism, and a good sense of humor when dealing with confidential information and interacting with senior professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate key team activities such as staff meeting agendas and space planning.
  • Act as a liaison for support sites and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and vendors.
  • Manage building access and assist local and global teams with information gathering and communication.
  • Plan in-house or external events, including group events, celebrations, and conferences.
  • Interface with Human Resources and Employee Resource Center teams to coordinate employee training activities.
  • Track and drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items.
  • Foster a positive and enjoyable work environment for all team members.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum four years of office management experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and SharePoint.
  • High levels of integrity, discretion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills.

  • Positive, proactive, and capable of exercising good judgment.
  • Ability to thrive in a highly ambiguous environment.
