We are currently seeking a skilled, motivated, and experienced Business Analyst. This role is pivotal in contributing to the advancement and success of one of the organization’s key priorities by mining insights and employing data modeling to make impactful decisions that expedite the identification of abuse.
Key Deliverables:
- Develop and maintain weekly/monthly dashboards for tracking key metrics and associated deep dives
- Automate data templates and reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to conduct deep dives, test hypotheses, and evaluate the impact of machine learning/product changes on key metrics
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel
- Strong passion for converting data into insights, constructing decision-making frameworks, and maintaining high data fidelity
- Ability to prioritize tasks and focus on high-impact areas
- Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficiency in SQL/Python/R, scripting, MS Excel, table joins, and aggregate analytical functions
