As part of Amazon Business Customer Service, you will play a crucial role in redefining support strategies tailored to large orders, account health, and overall OPS growth. Our aim is to deliver unparalleled service to our diverse B2B clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate cross-functionally to understand business requirements and propose strategic solutions for B2B marketplace development.
- Conduct in-depth analyses to identify and address underlying business challenges.
- Develop end-to-end self-service BI solutions to facilitate decision-making for stakeholders worldwide.
- Guide stakeholders in utilizing data analysis tools effectively.
- Explore innovative approaches to enhance technical and business processes, improving customer and stakeholder experiences.
- Create and implement mathematical models and algorithms to gain insights into customer and vendor behavior.
Basic Qualifications:
- Proficiency in SQL & Excel (Intermediate to Expert level).
- Experience analyzing data with Redshift, Oracle, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Quicksight, Tableau, etc.
- Background in data/BI space with experience building end-to-end BI solutions.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or advanced technical degree.
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Java, or R.
- Understanding of data modeling and pipeline design.
- Experience working with APIs for data pipelines.
- Familiarity with statistical and co-relation analysis.
