We’re currently seeking a skilled, motivated, and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving the evolution and success of one of our key priorities by leveraging insights mining and data modeling to make high-impact decisions that reduce the time to identify abuse.
Key deliverables of the role:
- Ownership of weekly/monthly dashboards for tracking key metrics and associated deep dives.
- Automation of data templates and reports.
- Engagement with cross-team stakeholders to facilitate deep dives, test hypotheses, and assess the impact of machine learning/product changes on key metrics.
Key job responsibilities:
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Passion for converting data into insights, constructing decision-making frameworks, and maintaining high attention to detail and data fidelity.
- Ability to prioritize and focus on high-impact areas.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ years of experience in business analysis, dealing with large complex datasets.
- Moderate to advanced level knowledge of SQL and Excel.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience working directly with business teams to utilize metrics and analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of SQL/Python/R, scripting, MS Excel, table joins, and aggregate analytical functions.
