DESCRIPTION
The Supply Chain Analytics, Product, and Research (SHARP) team spearheads innovative projects across various countries, including Brazil, Mexico, Australia, the Middle East, South Africa, Turkey, Japan, and India. Our mission is to enhance end-to-end supply chain optimization, delivering the world’s most customer-centric experience. The Placement charter focuses on ensuring inventory is positioned at the right place, in the right quantity, at the right time. To achieve this, we develop analytical products to audit and refine inventory placement systems, alongside creating statistical models (forecasting, classification, recommendation) and simulation frameworks to support A/B testing and drive supply chain improvements.

Key Job Responsibilities
This analytical role provides support for Supply Chain operations. The position involves collaborating with multiple business teams to develop and maintain both ad-hoc and regular business reports, as well as conducting relevant analytical support. We seek a customer-focused, detail-oriented, self-motivated, hands-on Business Analyst who will:

  1. Develop and maintain BI products.
  2. Engage with customers to map features and interact effectively.
  3. Perform ad-hoc analysis to investigate system decisions and metrics impacts.

We are open to hiring candidates for our office in Bangalore, KA, IND.

Basic Qualifications

  1. Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Excel, Quicksight, or other data visualization tools.
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with good logical thinking.
  3. Basic understanding of at least one scripting language, e.g., Python.
  4. Excellent written English skills.
  5. Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative/technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Management Systems, Engineering, Statistics).

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Proficiency in Python, R, or Linux/Unix for processing large data sets and statistical modeling/ML.
  2. Experience with AWS services, including S3, Redshift, and Apache Spark.
  3. Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
