Role Responsibilities:
- Manage daily end-to-end operations for either one large site or a combination of small sites, including executing inbound and outbound operations.
- Meet customer-facing metrics while maintaining cost targets and ensuring the safety and morale of the team reporting to you.
- Drive performance management of your team members and prepare and implement training and development plans for associates.
- Continuously improve the delivery process and achieve sustained levels of delivery performance improvement.
- Conduct 4M and 5S audits for the delivery station daily.
- Stand in for the Area Manager as needed.
- Ability to manage day and night shifts.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing.
- Fluent in English (speaking, writing, and reading).
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Proficiency in Excel.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree.
