DESCRIPTION
The Seller Support Associate serves as the primary interface between Amazon and its business partners. This role entails providing timely and accurate operational support to merchants selling on the Amazon platform. The successful candidate will have a distinct impact on the customer experience at Amazon, making a strong customer focus essential for the role. Responsibilities include addressing chronic system issues, providing process improvements, developing internal documentation, and contributing to a team environment, while adhering to service level agreements for phone and/or email cases.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1+ years of customer service experience.
- 1+ years of driving process improvements experience.
- Fluent in speaking, writing, and reading English.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Proficiency with Excel.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Any Graduation (excluding BE, BTech, and MBA Freshers).
- Language: Fluent in English and Hindi, with the ability to converse with customers in Hindi.
- Preferred experience in a customer service environment and a desire to expand skills into new areas.
- Technical savvy (Computers & Internet) is required, along with business acumen in e-commerce and retail.
- A committed seller advocate who drives process and tool improvements.
- Enthusiasm and strong self-motivation.
- Strong prioritization and time management skills, with a high degree of flexibility.
- Ability to embrace constant change with flexibility and good grace.
- Demonstrate an appropriate sense of urgency for contact response time in the face of variable workflow.
