DESCRIPTION
Amazon is expanding its supply chain with Amazon Warehousing and Distribution (AWD), focusing on bulk storage and distribution for FBA sellers. The role of the Investigation Specialist involves expert communication and problem-solving skills to ensure customer success. They are responsible for resolving issues, advocating for proactive improvements, and delivering high-quality solutions with minimal supervision.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Act as a point of escalation for issues and concerns from Amazon Sellers in a contact center.
Maintain a professional demeanor, managing critical issues effectively.
Liaise with other departments to resolve Seller issues.
Provide prompt education and service to AWD Sellers, escalating issues as needed.
Document operational procedures to address recurring issues.
Support team members with difficult contacts.
Identify trends and suggest improvements using logical reasoning and data interpretation.
Demonstrate time-management skills and work independently using departmental resources.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business/Supply Chain related fields.
2-4 years of experience in a customer-service environment, ideally in a contact center handling escalations and client support.
Proficiency in written and verbal English.
Ability to handle ambiguity and adapt to changes.
Strong ownership and bias for action.
Excellent interpersonal skills for communicating complex issues.
Experience in cross-departmental collaboration.
Critical thinker with the ability to work both tactically and strategically.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
