Job Summary
Amazon is seeking a motivated and hardworking individual for a Team Lead position. The role involves overseeing fulfillment center operations, which includes tasks such as receiving products, relocating items, picking orders, and troubleshooting issues. The role requires flexibility to handle various responsibilities within the center, including working multiple shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Shift Management: Oversee Day/Night shifts in outbound operations, plan labor, and manage daily tasks.
- Team Leadership: Direct and assign duties to associates, mentor them on productivity, quality, and safety.
- Reporting: Analyze shift reports, escalate system issues, and ensure productivity and quality standards.
- Training: Implement training and development plans, conduct audits, and ensure associates have the necessary tools.
Requirements
- Basic Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Experience in an operational role.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or customer-facing environment.
