As a Senior Associate, Trust & Safety, you’ll oversee day-to-day PV Compliance Trust & Safety Operations, encompassing content moderation, classification, and data labeling. Collaborating across functions, you’ll review content to ensure adherence to established guidelines, particularly focusing on enforcing policy decisions related to potentially sensitive content. Your role involves handling and evaluating content continuously, potentially exposing you to harmful material on a daily basis. You’ll leverage data analysis to enhance the PV user experience, staying abreast of trends and patterns across policy areas, and contributing to content calibrations.
This is an 11-month contract position.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficient in spoken, written, and reading English
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
- 0-1+ years of experience in data-driven business operations processes
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in content policy/moderation/ratings and anti-abuse measures in online content review
- Avid Prime Video user
- Experience in identifying abuse trends or working in news or policy with a focus on international issues such as freedom of expression and online controversial content
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter with intellectual curiosity and comfort in ambiguous situations
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative and team-oriented approach
- Experience collaborating with global teams
