AMAZON IS HIRING DLS CASE ADMIN TEMP, DLS DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT

Job Overview:

The role is within Amazon’s Disability Leave Services (DLS) team. As a document admin associate, you will be responsible for managing various types of documents related to leave of absence, accommodation, and disability life events for Amazon employees. Your tasks will involve document sorting, scanning, indexing, storing, and ensuring that all documents are processed accurately and in compliance with Amazon’s policies and federal/state regulations.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Document Management: Sort, scan, index, and store documents in the appropriate database.
  • Linking & Categorization: Link documents with relevant cases, categorize them based on leave types, and store unmatched documents for future reference.
  • Accuracy Review: Ensure documents are accurate, report unclear or incorrect submissions, and address and prioritize sensitive documentation.
  • Employee Assistance: Assist employees via calls and emails regarding document submission.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues with limited information.
  • Compliance: Adhere to company policies, standard work procedures, and federal/state regulations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with case managers and other internal or external teams as required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months of experience in human resources.
  • At least 6 months of experience with Microsoft Office products.
  • Experience working in confidential environments.
  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Over 1 year of experience in human resources.
  • Over 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Over 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office products.
