Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Field Support Specialists team to assist clients in various segments, including Wealth, Reserve, and Signature.
- Maintain and update client records, monitor transactions for accuracy, and ensure timely fulfillment of client and advisor requests.
- Respond to client inquiries, identify at-risk relationships, and communicate with the relationship team.
- Handle routine client transactions such as deposits, distributions, payments, and transfers.
- Utilize trust and investment systems for transactions, account monitoring, report creation, and client presentations.
- Support sales and retention efforts by scheduling appointments, making follow-up calls, and preparing marketing materials.
- Process operational requests, including funds distributions, check deposits, client updates, and other tasks as directed by the Financial Advisor.
- Collaborate with Financial Advisors to ensure reports, such as insufficient funds for distributions, are reviewed and addressed.
