Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand analytical requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce Analytics solutions.
- Architect end-to-end analytics solutions leveraging Salesforce Analytics platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Design data models, dashboards, lenses, and datasets within Einstein Analytics to provide actionable insights and drive business value.
- Lead the implementation of Salesforce Analytics projects, including data ingestion, transformation, and visualization.
- Develop custom analytics applications using Einstein Analytics APIs, SAQL (Salesforce Analytics Query Language), and other development tools.
- Integrate Salesforce Analytics with other Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and external data sources to create comprehensive analytical solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Salesforce developers, data engineers, and business analysts, to ensure seamless integration and data flow.
- Conduct performance tuning and optimization of Salesforce Analytics solutions to enhance scalability and usability.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on Salesforce Analytics best practices, design patterns, and development techniques.
- Stay updated on the latest Salesforce Analytics features, releases, and industry trends to recommend enhancements and optimizations.
- Drive the adoption of Salesforce Analytics across the organization by conducting training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
