- English Language: Proficiency in English, including grammar, spelling, and composition.
- Customer and Personal Service: Knowledge of customer service principles, including needs assessment, quality standards, and customer satisfaction evaluation.
- Food Production: Basic knowledge of techniques for planting, growing, and harvesting food products, as well as storage and handling.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Formulate Pricing Policies: Review merchandising activities, determine additional sales promotions, authorize clearance sales, and study trends.
- Ensure Availability of Merchandise and Services: Approve contracts and maintain inventories.
- Identify Customer Requirements: Establish rapport with potential and actual customers to understand service requirements.
- Market Merchandise: Study advertising, sales promotion, and display plans; analyze operating and financial statements for profitability ratios.
