Airbus India Private Limited is seeking a talented Big Data Lead Developer to join our Digital Customer Services organization. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in designing and implementing high-quality server-side solutions using Python and PySpark.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the technical architecture and business processes of Airbus’ application portfolio.
- Independently prototype, develop, test, and release solutions, including KPIs and dashboards, on the Skywise platform.
- Collaborate closely with project leaders, product owners, and development team members.
- Challenge and refine business requirements to ensure optimal outcomes.
Weekly Deliverables:
- Develop algorithms, KPIs, and dashboards using Qlik and/or Skywise.
- Update VersionOne with project progress and updates.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Big Data Development.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PySpark, and JavaScript.
- Expertise in SQL, relational databases, and data transformation pipelines.
- Experience with data analysis methodologies and dashboarding.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and customer service skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Proficiency with Palantir platform tools (e.g., Contour, Workshop, Slate) and Ontology definitions.
- Knowledge of Jira, VersionOne, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Familiarity with Qlik Dashboarding.
