Team Overview:
The Flights Marketing Team at Agoda is a global leader in online marketing, focused on developing scalable marketing programs that improve the lifetime value of customers through data-driven approaches. The team consists of top analysts, marketing strategists, and data scientists, creating a learning environment with diverse expertise.
Role Responsibilities:
- Contribute to growing Agoda’s Flights business.
- Experiment with pricing strategies on Agoda and Metasearch platforms.
- Analyze large datasets from experiments, build dashboards, and develop predictive models.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop investment plans for various markets and channels.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a quantitative field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, statistics).
- Fluent and succinct communication skills in English.
- Strong numerical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL.
- Intellectual curiosity.
Preferred:
- Experience with data analysis packages or databases (e.g., SAS, R, SPSS, Python, VBA, SQL).
- Experience in digital marketing.
