Job Description:

Position Title: Service Management Lead

Role Description: As the Service Management Lead, you will spearhead the delivery of programs, projects, or managed services. Your primary responsibilities will involve overseeing projects through contract management and shared service coordination, fostering relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Education: 15 years of regular qualifications.

Responsibilities:

Lead the delivery of programs, projects, or managed services, ensuring compliance with contract management and shared service coordination.
Cultivate and sustain relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors to uphold high levels of commitment and advance strategic agendas.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects and services.
Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, facilitating their professional growth.
Identify and address risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Essential: Extensive experience in Infrastructure Service Management.
Desirable: Experience in Service Delivery.
Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
Proficient project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects concurrently.
Competence in contract management and shared service coordination.
Proficiency in risk identification, mitigation, and resolution.
