Summary
As a Service Delivery Operations Representative, your primary responsibilities will include managing work assignments, overseeing people management activities, and ensuring high standards of service delivery quality and cost management. You will be expected to operate independently, become a Subject Matter Expert (SME), and actively contribute to team discussions and problem-solving initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities

- Provide solutions to work-related problems
- Manage work assignments and ensure timely completion
- Drive people management activities for the delivery team
- Monitor service delivery quality and cost
- Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Professional & Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Red Hat OS Administration
- Experience with Linux server administration (Good to have)
- Strong understanding of Red Hat OS and its components
- Knowledge of system installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Experience with managing user accounts and permissions
- Familiarity with shell scripting and automation tools
Additional Information
- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Red Hat OS Administration.
- This position is based at our Indore office.
- A 15 years full-time education is required.
