Job Description:

As a part of the Human Resources Shared Services (HRSS) team supporting the lateral recruitment of Accenture’s Operations entity, you will be responsible for building strategy towards the fulfillment of demands and exercising thought leadership to improve the overall delivery efficiency of HRSS services to clients. This team is accountable for the delivery of talent across regions in partnership with regional recruitment teams. Your role involves designing, developing, and implementing HR Delivery Strategy to support the end-to-end employee experience across the lifecycle, including coaching and advising account/engagement leads and employees as needed. You will coordinate and deliver HR activities and work on HR Operations Processes like recruitment, WFA, Benefits, Exit, Payroll, LOA, etc. Additionally, you will work on the delivery of non-commercial aspects of the outsourcing agreement and standards of service related to quality, effectiveness, productivity, and efficiency.

What are we looking for?

  • Proficient in resolving issues related to hiring, job changes, and integration.
  • Experience in Workday end-to-end process configuration from hire to separation.
  • Experience in SAP BR HR processes, including assistance to other stakeholders.
  • Skilled in addressing hiring and integration challenges.
  • Ability to configure and manage organizational hierarchies, structures, and reporting relationships within Workday.
  • Proficiency in managing employee records, including personal information, employment history, job details, and organizational structure within Workday.
  • Experience in using Workday for onboarding new hires, managing the employee lifecycle from hire to retire, and offboarding processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Experience in SAP, ServiceNow, and Workday tool.
  • Workday HCM Certification is desirable.
