Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to GE employees.
  • Work with operations teams to resolve issues with end users and vendors.

  • Stay informed of system-wide changes and deployments that may affect application availability.
  • Manage escalations and ensure resolutions.
  • Collaborate with product teams to plan and test automation solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with vendors.
  • Support quality initiatives for continuous improvement and optimization of services.
  • Measure application performance and ensure it meets SLAs and operational commitments.
  • Increase Net Promoter Scores (NPS) by improving user experience.
  • Reduce ticket volume, improve service accountability, and drive self-service tool usage.
  • Participate in pilots for new technologies to ensure readiness for go-lives.
  • Promote best practices and lessons learned within the team.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a STEM-related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience.

Desired Characteristics:

  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong understanding of enterprise software development.
    • Experience with cloud technologies, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and Microservices.
    • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.
    • Experience with Spring Boot, Vue.js, PostgreSQL, and version control.
