Job Summary:

The Technical Manager will be responsible for ensuring that project schedules are strictly adhered to, meeting both client specifications and maintaining high standards of quality and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:
   Ensure all projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards as defined by the client.
2. Quality Assurance:
   Oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring adherence to coding standards and implementation of industry best practices.
3. Technical Oversight:
   Engage in technical design discussions, review technical documentation, and ensure compliance with technical standards.
4. Process Improvement:
   Actively participate in process improvement initiatives and compliance checks.
5. Team Collaboration:
   Work closely with development teams and on-site engineers to understand technical requirements, addressing and resolving any technical issues.
6. Risk Management:
   Identify potential risks that may affect project timelines or quality, develop mitigation strategies, and keep key stakeholders informed through regular updates.
7. Project Planning:
   Create detailed project plans and closely monitor progress to ensure timely delivery that meets predefined quality standards.
