ByThe Analyst – People Analytics role at Ivy in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, is a full-time, permanent position in a dynamic global company specializing in innovative software and support services for one of the world’s largest online gaming and entertainment groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage regular reporting on People KPIs through PowerBI dashboards.
- Handle ad-hoc data and analytics requests from stakeholders.
- Monitor data quality, identify issues, and suggest process improvements for data integrity.
- Collaborate with HR teams to provide expert advice on data-driven insights.
- Create insight reports using various data sets to support business decision-making.
- Train and engage key business users on self-service reporting capabilities.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with PowerBI (including DAX functions and data modeling).
- Proficiency in Excel for large datasets.
- Experience in data visualization and insight creation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to resolve data issues.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of HR metrics and KPIs.
Desired:
- Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, ServiceNow, and VBA automation (preferred but not essential).
