The Sr. Process Analyst – Finance and Administration Delivery role at IBM in Bangalore is focused on supporting key financial activities for one of the world’s leading tech companies. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee general ledger activities, particularly fixed assets, intercompany transactions, inventory, cash and bank, indirect taxes, and accruals.
- Identify risks or opportunities impacting revenues, costs, and profitability and recommend appropriate actions.
- Ensure timely completion of accounting tasks in alignment with client SLAs.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
- 4-6 years of experience in the Record to Report (R2R) domain.
- Experience in preparing balance sheets, handling month-end closures, managing fixed assets, intercompany, and cash reconciliations.
- Skilled in posting journal entries and recording transactions within an ERP system.
- Experience in coordinating audits and managing customer expectations.
- Ability to manage reporting updates for management reviews.
