The role of Assistant Manager – Fulfillment & Experience (F&E) at Meesho involves driving strategic initiatives aimed at improving the experience for various stakeholders in the e-commerce ecosystem, including sellers, customers, and suppliers. The position is based in Bangalore, Karnataka, and offers a unique opportunity to work on industry-defining problems within the logistics and operations space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Design & Execution: Develop and implement strategies to enhance supplier and user experience, aiming to improve key metrics such as NPS (Net Promoter Score) and operational outcomes.
  • Ownership: Take responsibility for improving the experience of marketplace participants, such as entrepreneurs, customers, or suppliers.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data and insights to influence product development and operational strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product and operations, to ensure seamless program execution.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with Meesho’s leadership and other internal and external stakeholders to ensure program success.
  • Problem-Solving: Address challenges and suboptimal outcomes by driving continuous improvements in processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Candidates from premium colleges are preferred, with a total of 2-3 years of experience.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in Fulfillment, 3PL Logistics, Supply Chain, or operations in high-growth tech startups is a plus.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, with a data-driven approach to solving complex problems.
  • Project Management: Solid skills in leading and managing projects across multiple teams.
  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of SQL is preferred to manage and analyze data effectively.
