As part of the Control Management Organization under Shared Services, you will act as a subject-matter expert for Quality Assurance systems, processes, and technology. Key responsibilities include managing business processes such as population sampling, reporting, and working closely with IT, business, and QA teams to implement QA initiatives. You’ll also oversee the prioritization of projects and maintain technology program documents and procedures.
Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate changes to assess impacts on data, systems, and processes, and propose solutions.
- Participate in release management, communicate status updates, and handle change impacts.
- Perform daily tasks related to sampling, production support, and report generation.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and troubleshoot system issues.
- Build relationships with users and liaise with IT, vendors, and data suppliers.
- Develop new business processes and maintain existing platforms and databases.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and technology.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with SQL, Alteryx, SaaS, UiPath, Tableau, and knowledge of Python.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and JIRA is preferred.
