Job Description
As a Senior Data Scientist, you will:
- Develop Models: Design, deploy, and refine machine learning models and algorithms for NLP, LLMs, and deep learning to address complex business issues.
- Data Management: Work with large datasets, create data pipelines, and perform data analysis to support model development.
- Collaboration: Partner with Product & Engineering teams to integrate machine learning solutions into products.
- Experimentation: Conduct experiments, validate models through statistical analysis, and drive improvements.
- Communication: Present findings and insights to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years in data science, focusing on NLP/LLMs or deep learning models in a product development setting.
- Skills: Proficiency in Python and machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of statistical analysis, probability theory, experimental design, and various machine learning models and techniques.
- Expertise: Deep knowledge in NLP, deep learning, and chatbot development, including experience with LLMs like GPT and BERT.
- Optional: Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
