ORACLE IS HIRING ASSOCIATE TRANSACTION PROCESSING CONSULTANT

The Associate Transaction Processing Consultant role in Gurugram, Haryana, at Oracle involves working on back-office processes for the Correspondent Mortgage Divisions of a US Residential Mortgage client. This position is ideal for candidates with 6 months to 3 years of experience in Mortgage or Financial Services, particularly those with a background in BPO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry: Enter 100-150 fields of information into the client’s Loan Origination Platform/system by pulling up various loan documents.
  • Indexing and Reviewing: Index loan documents per Standard Operating Procedures and review them to complete or match the information in the client’s funding system.
  • Discrepancy Handling: Identify and resolve discrepancies in the information entered against the loan documents.
  • Compliance Testing: Run tests such as Compliance Ease and RESPA to ensure the loan meets regulatory and investor requirements, and add suspense conditions if necessary.
  • Daily Reporting: Maintain a daily production sheet.

Required Skills:

  • Technical: Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and experience with IT support applications and BPO-related applications.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills, decision-making abilities, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Typing: Good typing speed (30-35 WPM) with high accuracy (90-95%).

Qualifications:

  • Education: Preference is given to Commerce graduates (B. Com, BBA, BCA, Economics). Engineering graduates and candidates from an IT background are not eligible.
  • Experience: 0.5 to 3 years of experience in Mortgage or Financial Services, preferably in a BPO setting.
  • Other Requirements: Willingness to work in night/rotational shifts and on Indian holidays, and no leave requirement for the next three months.
