ByRole Overview:
- Impact: This position is highly influential, requiring leadership in design direction and implementation for FinTech products. You’ll be responsible for driving big design solutions and working closely with a diverse team of engineers, product managers, executives, and other designers.

Daily Responsibilities:
- Cross-functional Work: Collaborate with leaders and teams in product, engineering, and design.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers from the AWS finance organization and other AWS teams to ensure their needs are met.

Basic Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 3 years in UX design, with a proven track record of delivering design solutions.
- Portfolio: An online portfolio showcasing your work.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in prototyping tools like HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Flash, or Axure.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry Experience: 2+ years of experience in mass-market consumer web/mobile products.
- Collaboration: Experience working closely with developers for design implementation.
- Usability Knowledge: Familiarity with usability principles and techniques.
- Design Standards: Experience in defining and maintaining design patterns and UX standards.
- Fintech Experience: Familiarity with financial and accounting systems and concepts is a plus.
