Job Overview:

This role is designed for someone who is passionate about joining a dynamic and fun team within Eaton’s HR department. As an Associate Analyst in Talent Acquisition, you’ll play a crucial part in recruiting diverse and highly qualified candidates to join Eaton India.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing & Recruitment:
- Proactively source candidates through various channels such as internet searches, networking, job fairs, and referrals.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for Eaton India.
Process Management:
- Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates.
- Manage and coordinate recruitment events and initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Develop relationships with hiring managers, HR partners, and candidates.
- Keep stakeholders informed about recruitment progress.
Vendor Management:
- Minimize the use of external recruitment firms, but when necessary, manage and negotiate with them effectively.
Research & Innovation:
- Conduct research on best practices and benchmarks in recruitment.
- Develop creative recruitment methods to attract top talent.

Qualifications:

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree with an MBA in Human Resources.
Experience:
- 1-4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the engineering or manufacturing industry.
Skills:
- Strong internet research and recruitment tool knowledge.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication, sourcing, negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong client service mentality and professionalism.
