Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Understanding:
- Be the internal advocate for the customer, enhancing their experience across multiple touchpoints such as product pages, creative content, and customer service interactions.
- Merchandising Execution:
- Develop and execute plans to showcase the right products with appropriate features and pricing across all platforms.
- Ensure seamless customer navigation and discovery, making the shopping experience efficient and enjoyable.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues, coordinating with central teams as necessary.
- Train colleagues to maintain high standards in merchandising execution.
- Traffic Generation:
- Increase organic traffic by effectively targeting desired customers and enhancing category conversion rates.
- Use internal tools to improve product visibility through better callouts, images, and offers.

Required Qualifications:
- A Graduate/Diploma in a Technical course, BE, or B-Tech.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in e-commerce, technology, or the retail sector.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
