Role Overview:
AWS Marketing seeks a seasoned marketing manager to lead a team within the Digital Shared Services Marketing team. The role involves managing marketing campaigns, optimizing processes, and ensuring high service delivery standards across a global customer base. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to AWS’s customer acquisition and sales enablement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of approximately 15-18 members responsible for building and quality-checking marketing campaigns.
- Own program-specific goals around Service Level Agreements (SLA), quality, and productivity.
- Manage stakeholder communication and ensure business processes are well-documented and continuously updated.
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to improve tools and processes.
- Define, measure, and present operating metrics to senior management.
- Manage team performance and support career growth.
- Identify and resolve customer-impacting issues and escalate as needed.
- Participate in hiring and developing leadership talent.
Basic Qualifications:
- Graduate with 6+ years of experience, including 3+ years in people management.
- Proven track record of meeting high service delivery standards.
- Experience in process excellence and productivity improvement.
- Ability to build and own processes with limited guidance.
- Proficient in using data and metrics to measure impact and identify improvements.
- Strong problem-solving, data analysis, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills for managing relationships with software and inter-operations teams.
- Knowledge of XML standards, SQL, and automation tools like Python/Selenium is a plus.
- Experience in the publishing/B2B & B2C marketing industry.
- Familiarity with QuickSight, Adobe, Sprinklr, Marketo, and Photoshop.
