Job Description:
- Role: The position is in the Merchandising (Sell side) department, focusing on enhancing the customer experience by managing product categories. Responsibilities include developing and executing plans to showcase products, ensuring a seamless shopping experience, and maintaining catalog richness.
- Tasks:
- Validate tasks before they go live on the platform.
- Ensure easy navigation and discovery of products to improve customer decision-making.
- Debug technical issues using Flipkart tools and coordinate with central teams for resolutions.
- Train colleagues when needed.
Skills Required:
- Customer-centric thinking.
- Ability to translate strategies into executable plans.
- Quick learning of software/IT tools.
Experience: 1 to 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
