About the Opportunity:
You will be joining as a HR Delivery Specialist with a focus on executing various HR tasks, process improvement, and ensuring operational efficiency. You’ll be responsible for gathering and analyzing data, preparing models, managing escalations, and participating in statutory audits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business operations data.
- Prepare models/process maps for improvement.
- Communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Identify and recommend process improvements.
- Manage escalations, perform RCAs, and identify risks.
- Prepare and participate in audits and assessments.
- Ensure governance structures and compliance readiness.
- Support quality management and governance.
- Oversee access controls and governance.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Post Graduate Degree in Data Science or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in a global MNC.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Experience working with global stakeholders.
