The Global IT Data Solution Architect Senior Manager at BCG is a pivotal role focused on creating and delivering integrated technical solutions across various business functions. Key Responsibilities:
- Architecture & Design: Develop and deliver technical solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and strategies. Collaborate with Enterprise and Solution Architects to maintain consistency and integration across multiple systems and solutions.
- Project Coordination & Oversight: Provide technical oversight to multiple project teams, ensuring adherence to processes and standards. Drive projects towards successful outcomes, balancing innovation with standardization.
- Collaboration: Work closely with global technical leaders, product owners, and other teams to ensure cohesive and effective solution implementation. Participate in Architecture and Design Reviews, Change Request Boards, and proof of concept exercises.
- Technology Management: Keep abreast of emerging technologies and trends, especially those relevant to BCG such as AWS, Azure, MuleSoft, and Snowflake. Facilitate discussions with vendors and assess the potential of new technologies.
- Mentorship: Provide technical coaching and mentoring to team members, fostering continuous learning and professional development.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge across various technology domains, including infrastructure, data management, and application development. Familiarity with tools like FiveTrans, MuleSoft APIs, Infomatica, AWS, Azure, and Snowflake is essential.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Proven ability to lead and collaborate with multiple teams, manage projects with conflicting priorities, and engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
