Role Overview:
- Team: Smart Operations (focused on Retail AI and IoT).
- Responsibilities:
- Develop algorithms for multi-camera tracking and activity recognition in video feeds.
- Translate research into practical algorithm development.
- Transition into a senior engineer role focused on solving customer problems in new domains.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s Degree in Computer Science from top IITs.
- Experience:
- Experience with multi-camera tracking algorithms and activity recognition.
- Expertise in evaluation frameworks, metrics, and dataset preparation.
- Strong theoretical foundation in computer vision and transformer architectures.
- Software development skills in Python and/or C++.
- At least 1 year of industry experience.
- Published at least one research paper in a reputable conference like ICML, CVPR, or NeurIPS.
