Responsibilities

Design research and analytic frameworks.
Collaborate across functional partners and senior management to achieve project objectives.
Execute research and analytics, including data source identification, processing, and model/algorithm development.
Transform insights into actionable recommendations to drive business value.
Utilize technologies like Python, R, Scala, Spark, TensorFlow, Hadoop, and KNIME to solve business problems and develop scalable analytic solutions.

Qualifications

Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Operations Research, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Math, Statistics, Physics, Analytics).
- 2+ years of experience in applying and scaling analytic techniques.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Strong social skills and a self-motivated, dynamic approach.
- Proficiency in scientific computing languages (e.g., R, Python, C++, Java, Scala).
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in disrupting current business practices in CPG or related industries.
- Familiarity with analytical tools and applications (e.g., Unix/Linux, Hadoop, Spark, MapReduce, SQL, HIVE).
- Knowledge of high-performance parallel and distributed computing, deep learning frameworks (e.g., Keras, TensorFlow), data visualization, data management systems, and business intelligence tools (e.g., KNIME, Tableau).
